It works by trapping these substances in its porous structure, preventing them from being absorbed by the body and facilitating their elimination through the digestive system. Activated charcoal is often used in cases of poisoning, drug overdose, and to alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort caused by excess gas or bloating.

Dosage: take 1 capsule 2 hours after eating and before bedtime.
